At Cathcart Water of Kansas City, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our water treatment systems. The following limited warranties apply to the original purchaser of each system.
Lifetime
System dry parts — mechanical and non-consumable components that do not contact water.
5 Years
Control valve, circuit board, and filtration media.
1 Year
Labor — issues arising from the original installation from date of purchase.
- Coverage is valid only when the system is installed, operated, and maintained according to Cathcart Water of Kansas City guidelines.
- Excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or environmental conditions including flooding, freezing, fire, or contaminant levels exceeding system specifications.
- Replacement parts or services do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
- This warranty is the exclusive remedy and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied.
- Cathcart Water of Kansas City is responsible only for workmanship-related issues associated with installation. Manufacturer defects are covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
- Total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the system. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages.
- To submit a claim, contact Customer Support and provide proof of purchase along with installation documentation.
